Returns Process

We understand that problems occur from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product in question.

The first step in returning a product is to contact our customer service department on help@tyrepatch.co.za. If you have any questions regarding your return request, you can contact our customer support team on 069 373 8077.

Refunds

Returns can only be refunded via an EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. The refund payment will be made by us within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned products.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the event of a packing error.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong product, you can exchange the product as long as the original packaging has not been damaged or opened.
